If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@novopareo.com.au with your order number.
Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather. We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Novo Pareo Australia cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
