Shipping times vary by destination and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss and title transfer to you.

Novo Pareo Australia is powered by Shopify. However, all transactions are solely between you and Novo Pareo Australia. Shopify is not responsible for any claims, loss, damage or issues arising from your purchases.

By providing your email address and/or mobile phone number during checkout, account creation, newsletter signup, or any other form on our website, you consent to receiving marketing communications from Novo Pareo Australia.
