Your silk pareo deserves gentle care. Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent. Lay flat or hang to air dry, allowing the silk to retain its natural drape. Avoid wringing, rough surfaces, harsh pulling and be cautious of jewellery that may catch the delicate silk.

All Novo Pareo orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. We offer complimentary standard shipping within Australia, with express options available at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Returns
We want you to love your pareo. If your item isn’t quite right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund, provided it remains unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. Please email info@novopareo.com.au to return your item.
